Today, Mr. Raut, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 has in compliance with the order, tendered the individual affidavits of the Vaibhav

2/2 903-CPCD(L)-344-2025.DOC Respondents, by which the Respondents have set out the manner in which they th propose to purge the contempt. The Respondents have also sought time until 4 May 2026 in order to purge the contempt.

Though Mr. Lohia, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has certain reservations with regard to the affidavits, given the fact that time to purge the contempt has been sought, he is presently not coming in the way of the Court granting time.
