Mr. Agrawal learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 4, 6, 7 & 8 today seeks and is granted time to file Affidavit in Reply to the caption Contempt Petition. Rejoinder if any to be filed within two weeks thereafter. 2.

Mr. Agrawal points out that the Respondent Nos. 6, 7 & 8 today are present in the court. He however, submits that the Respondent No.6 was an Ex-Director of Respondent No. 4 Company and his presence thus, be dispensed with on the next date. He however, assures the court that Respondent No. 7 & 8 shall be present on the next date as also on all subsequent dates and that Respondent No. 6 shall also be present if and when directed to remain present by the court.
