The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- has been received by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 09/10/2024. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions of the respondent no.2 who is present in Court today submits that further amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- would be paid to the petitioner by 19/12/2024 and the entire outstanding dues would be cleared by 31/01/2025. To consider compliance of the initial payment, list under the caption "For Compliance" on 20/12/2024. The framing of charge is differed till that date.
