In pursuance of the order passed by the co-ordinate bench of this Court dated 19 November 2024, further amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- by way of demand draft has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.

It is stated on behalf of the respondent-contemner that the balance amount payable to the petitioner as per the consent terms and order passed by this Court would be an amount of Rs. 29,00,000/-. An extension is sought for two months i.e., upto 14 March 2025 for payment of the said balance amount. If this be so, we adjourn the proceeding to be listed tomorrow on the supplementary board to enable the respondent contemner to place on record an affidavit of undertaking that the balance amount shall be paid to the petitioner Mayur Adane, PA

10-CPCAD-1-2024 (OS).doc in two installments on or before 14 March 2025. Copy of such affidavit be also served to the Advocate for the petitioner.
