We had passed an order yesterday (14 January, 2025) whereby the respondents were ordered to place on record an affidavit of undertaking that she shall pay the balance amount of Rs.29,53,718/- on or before 14 March, 2025. In pursuant to the said direction, Mr. Haresh Gurbux Doulatani, partner of respondent no. 1 has placed on record an affidavit dated 14 January, 2025 wherein in paragraph 2 he has given undertaking to pay the balance amount on or before 14 March, 2025. We accept the undertaking as furnished in the affidavit.

We are also informed that there may be some difference in the amount considering the interest. Learned counsel for the respondents has fairly stated that such amounts would be worked out and whatever amount is required to be paid, the same will be paid. We accept the statement as made on behalf of the respondents.

In this view of the matter, we adjourn the proceedings for compliance on 19 March, 2025 (H.O.B.).
