This Contempt Petition has been filed for alleging violation of the Consent Terms and the Undertaking dated 10th April 2024 furnished to this Court in Commercial Appeal No.60/2021.

Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the terms and conditions of the Consent and Undertaking as recorded in the aforesaid order has been complied with.
