The Interim Application is filed seeking amendment in the plaint on account of merger of the Plaintiff-Company with an entity name HN Safal Infrodeveloper Private Limited.

The learned counsel appearing for the Defendants fairly does not oppose the Interim Application. In that view of the matter, Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) That the amendment be allowed as per Schedule annexed to this application;"

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. Interim Application is disposed of.
