Mr. Shah, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff points out that in Paragraph 5 of the order dated 9 th September 2024 the words 'on behalf of the Development Agreement' have inadvertently appears since what was referred to arbitration was the Suit, which is clear from Paragraph 3. Hence, the said words be deleted from Paragraph 5 of the order dated 9 th September 2024.
