In the morning session, parties have submitted that their disputes and differences have been resolved and the consent terms have been entered Mugdha

2 7-COMS 55-24 @ IA(L) 29302-24 @ IA 1980-24.doc into between the parties. It is thus directed that the consents terms to be duly verified by the affirming officer of this Court. 2.

I am now told that the affirming officer has not verified the due execution of the consent terms since Defendant No.8 was not present before the affirming officer as also none of the Respondent Trustees, viz., Respondent Nos.16 to 21 were also present. It was thus they seek leave of the Court to permit Defendant No.8 to appear virtually as also for the Respondent Trustees to appear virtually or else one of the Trustees to come to the Court to prove due execution of the consent terms. Leave as prayed for is granted. 3.

Stand over to 20 th January 2025.

I am informed that Defendant Nos.1 to 15, out of which 14 Defendants have appeared today for due verification before the affirming officer. Hence, they need not to be remained present before the affirming officer or the court on the next occasion.
