Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that pursuant to the Consent Terms dated October 8, 2025, the proceedings referred to in Paragraph 6 thereof have all been addressed. Criminal Case listed at Item No.1 (Criminal Case No.29/PW/2019) in the table at Paragraph 6(b) of the Consent Terms is said to have been compounded. As a result, it is submitted, Criminal Writ No.35 of 2022, which is the last Item in the said table, would also stand withdrawn.

The proceedings at Item No.2 of the said table (Counter Claim No.4 of 2025 filed in Commercial Suit No.78 of 2024) are hereby being withdrawn while the proceedings at Item No.3 (Commercial Suit (L) No.13054 of 2025) relates to the roster of a different Learned Single Judge and an Application is being moved before that Bench for withdrawal of the same.

In these circumstances, nothing survives in the Suit and it is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms handed in which already forms part of the record.

Decree shall be drawn up in terms of the Consent Terms. 5.

Refund of Court fees shall be effected in accordance with the Rules.

6.

Liberty to approach the other Learned Single Bench for withdrawal of the other Suit referred to at Item No.3 of the table at Paragraph 6(b).

7.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
