1-CARBP-9-2025.doc Advocate of this Court. The joint request is made by the parties in view of the perceived conflict of interest that would be faced by the Learned Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Order dated May 2, 2025. 2.
It is pointed out that the fixed deposit that was required to be created within one week from the upload of the Order dated May 2, 2025, has not yet been created. Evidence of the creating the same and marking a lien on it in favour of the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court was to be completed no later than May 21, 2025. 3.
In these circumstances, it is directed that if the fixed deposit is not created by May 30, 2025, or evidence of the lien being marked on it is not submitted to the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court by that date, then the suggestion made in Paragraph 9 of the said order enabling the Arbitral Tribunal to vary the arrangement of creation of fixed deposit with a lien being marked on it, would stand withdrawn. 4.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
