The crux of submissions is that, the Court ought to examine the agreement as a whole and ought to take an intra-textual interpretation to consider the intent of parties to arbitrate. A Note of Submissions along with case law relied upon by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is taken on record. Likewise the note tendered by Respondent No.1 is also taken on record.
