Having heard the parties for some time it would be appropriate to call for a reply from the Respondent which shall be filed no later than March 26, 2025. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed no later than April 2, 2025.

List on the Production Board on April 3, 2025. Each party shall have 10 minutes to address the Court. One must not lose sight of the fact that the challenge is to an interlocutory measure which has been felt appropriate by the Arbitral Tribunal, bearing in mind the scope for interference within the contours of the jurisdiction under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
