Taken up suo motu for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated January 16, 2025, upon finding errors in the Order that was uploaded. In Paragraph 11 of the said order, the amount is wrongly mentioned as "Rs.409,702.92", whereas the correct amount is "USD 409,702.92". Therefore, same be corrected accordingly. 2.

The order be corrected and be made available to the parties. 3.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
