This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation of the Act, 1996 ("the Act"), seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal, which had expired on November 7, 2024. It is seen that the deadline was fixed pursuant to an earlier extension granted on May 7, 2024.

Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that an extension of four months has been indicated as appropriate by the arbitral tribunal and they have no objection to the same. January 22, 2025 Shraddha
