DATED : 5th APRIL, 2024 P.C:- Petition filed under Section 29A seek a relief of extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator by a period of three months.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent have joined hands in submitting that under the order passed by this Court on 8/3/2024, the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted and upon entering reference, the proceedings are in progress.

On 31/8/2023, the cross-examination of RW 1 was concluded and as on today, the arguments are also concluded. Tilak

In the wake of above, Petition is made absolute by extending the mandate of the Tribunal by period of three months from today.
