DATED : 5th APRIL, 2024 P.C:- Petition filed under Section 29A seek the following relief :

"(a) That the Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator Hon'ble Justice Pramod D. Kode, Former Judge of this Court be extended for a period of 1 year from the date of the Order or such period as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and appropriate"

On hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties and on perusal of the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal, who was appointed by this Court on 8/3/2024, it is evident that the proceedings are underway, and are presently at Tilak

Since the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 7/3/2024, petition is filed seeking extension by period of one year.

By consent, petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) as the proceedings before the Arbtiral Tribunal are in progress.
