However, the Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that since certain documents, that are formed part of the Tribunal's record, are not part of the Court's record. He thus seeks three weeks time to file Affidavit in Reply. Time as prayed for is granted. The Affidavit in Reply to be filed on or before 12 th July 2024.
