This Petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal by a period of one year. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that this is the second request for extension of mandate and considering the stage at which the proceedings are placed, an extension of one year would be appropriate. In view of the consensus between the parties, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of one year from today i.e. until January 22, 2026.
