After the matter was argued for some time, taking into account the facts that the Respondent do believe that this matter can be amicably worked out and the information sought in prayer clauses (a) and (b) has already been parted with the Petitioner as a gesture we may do so again and provide all the information in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Let such information be provided no later than May 5, 2025. To consider if the parties are willing to proceed to the arbitration forthwith stand over to May 6, 2025.
