1) It appears that despite this Court directing by order dated 13 March 2025 that the Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration Act be filed, the Petitioner has failed to take any steps in filing the same. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that there are 24 other Petitions of similar nature and therefore some time was required for filing Section 11 Applications in all the 25 Petitions.
