This Court had, by its order dated 13 th August 2024 appointed Mr.

Mohit Khanna to act as a Mediator in an attempt to settle the disputes and differences between the parties.

Today, Mr. Khanna is present in Court and submits a mediation report with today's date, which reports that the mediation has been successful. Mugdha

Hence, the Commercial Arbitration Petition and Commercial Arbitration Application are thus disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 4.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.
