1) This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Arbitration Act) seeking interim measures before commencement of arbitral proceedings.

2) Mr. Oka, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, invites attention of this Court to the order dated 7 April 2026 by which Arbitral Tribunal comprising of a sole Arbitrator is already constituted. By order dated 21 January 2025, this Court has granted ad-interim measures in terms of prayer clauses 40(a), (e), (g) and (h). Since Arbitral Tribunal is constituted, it would be appropriate to continue ad-interim measures as interim measures which shall operate during pendency of the arbitral proceedings. 3) I accordingly proceed to pass the following order : (i)Ad-interim measures granted vide order dated 21 January 2025 shall continue to operate as interim measures during pendency of arbitral proceedings and till making of the final Award.

4) The Applicant shall be at liberty to press for further interim measures before the Arbitral Tribunal, if necessary. 5) With the above directions, the Commercial Arbitration Petition is disposed of.
