Learned Counsel for the parties today once again make a request for time submitting that the terms of settlement are still being worked out. Mugdha

I pointed out to the Counsel that this was informed to the Court on th July 2024 and that the Court could not keep on granting time on the ground of settlement.

However, Learned Counsel request for one last opportunity since the settlement was between the partners of Respondent No.1 as also between the Petitioner and the wife of one of the Respondents. Thus, a settlement, if arrived at, will resolve various disputes.

In view of this, stand over to 19 th November 2024 under the caption 'for settlement/filing consent terms'. 5.
