This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Learned Counsel representing both sides have jointly submitted that they would be willing to proceed and complete the arbitration. Although the arbitration commenced prior to the Section 29-A regime, they would submit that it would be appropriate to record that the arbitration must conclude within a period of one year from today.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of extending April 9, 2025 Shraddha
