The findings in para 69 determining the amount of Rs.1,73,140/- as the excess interest levied in Term Loan Account and of Rs.70,886/- as levied in the Cash Credit Account is not supported by any reason or discussion by the learned Arbitrator.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 seeks time to place on record the Statement of Accounts to support the finding in paragraph 69.
