This is a Petition under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 impugning an order dated August 7, 2024 passed under Section 17 of the Act. Learned Advocates for the parties have consensus in submitting that the arbitration proceedings are at an extremely advanced stage.

That apart, certain disclosures have been directed by the Learned Arbitrator on January 12, 2026 ,which the Respondent is willing to provide to the arbitrator. The net effect of all this is that the ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI parties have consensus that the Section 37 Petition need not be ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date: 2026.01.20 14:48:27 +0530 January 14, 2026 Ashwini Vallakati
48-CARBP-212-2025.doc adjudicated, leaving it to the Learned Arbitral Tribunal to conduct and complete the proceedings without any interference with the Section 17 order.

Needless to say, as asserted by the Learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the non-adjudication of this Petition ought not to affect any rights that would be available in law to the Petitioner or the Respondent, when the arbitral award is eventually made.

With the aforesaid observations, this Petition is disposed of without adjudicating the challenge raised therein. 5.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
