The learned counsel today submits that in so far as Respondent No.2 is concerned, Respondent No.2 has been duly served. He submits that Petitioners have been unable to serve Respondent No.1, since it was found that when service was attempted on Respondent No.1, one of the addresses of Respondent No.1 was sealed and on other address, Respondent No.1 moved away from. It is thus, he seeks substituted service.

The Petitioners are permitted to serve Respondent No.1 through Pallavi

2 10-CARBP-222-2024.doc substituted service and hence, is directed to serve Respondent No.1 through substituted service by publishing notice in two newspapers; one in English and one in Hindi circulated in Mumbai.
