When the matter was called, Learned Counsel for the Respondents sought time to file an Affidavit-in-Reply. It is her contention that insolvency proceedings have been commenced against Respondent No.1 and therefore to bring this fact on record, time is sought.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this contention was taken before the Tribunal and rejected.

Be that as it may. If an Application has been filed, Respondents have right to respond to the same by way of filing an Affidavit-in-Reply. Also the Shubham 1/2
