This Petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking extension of mandate of the arbitral tribunal, which expired on November 28, 2024. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that only passing of the arbitral award is pending.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months i.e. until October 7, 2025.
