Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the disputes and differences between them stand resolved and it would not be necessary in the facts of this case, to rule on the interpretation of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006 and its import for "works contract", which is for consideration in this Petition. To enable the parties to actually execute the Consent Terms and tender a copy of the same to the Court stand over to April 16, 2025.
