----------------- Mr. Gaurav Jangle a/w Kunjita Shah i/by I. V. Merchant & Co. for the Petitioner. ----------------- CORAM : ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.
DATE : 9TH OCTOBER, 2024 P.C.:- 1.
The Court Report shows that the notice on the Respondents is unserved.
2.
Stand over to 23 rd October, 2024.
3.
Though the notice issued by the Court has been returned for want of sufficient address, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent No.2 who is the sole Proprietor of Respondent No.1 is deliberately evading service and the Petitioner has in fact effected service upon Respondent Nos.1 and 2 at the same address. It is thus that he seeks leave of the Court to effect service upon Respondent No.2. Hence, I permit the Petitioner to effect service upon Respondent Shubham 1/2
2 7-CARBP-237-2024.doc No.2 by hand at the same address. The returnable date is extended upto and including 23 rd October, 2024.
