The matter was kept today for filing consent terms. However, it was informed to Court that some of the Directors of the Respondent Company are travelling and are not available in Mumbai and it is thus the request for standing the matter over to 20 th September 2024 was made.

I have noted in my earlier order that parties have arrived at settlement. Hence, it is made clear that if on the next date the consent terms are not filed, the court shall proceed to take up the matter for hearing. Mugdha
