After hearing Learned Counsel appearing for the parties at some length, both Counsel submit that they shall make an attempt to amicably resolve the disputes and differences between the parties. 2.

Mr Bharucha makes a statement that this client shall not create any third party right in the film for which the Petitioner lend finance. He also clarifies that there are no third party rights created till date. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
