Today, the matter was placed on board since the Petitioner as also the th February 2026.

Respondents sought certain clarifications of the order dated 6 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the captioned Commercial Arbitration Petition be treated as an Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Arbitrator. There was no opposition to this request.

Similarly, Mr. Shekhar, learned counsel for the Respondents pointed out that in paragraph no.4, the date of the order for which clarification has been th August 2024" instead of "14 th sought was incorrectly mentioned as "12 November 2025".

It is therefore clarified that the Respondents shall be at liberty to move an th November 2025 appropriate application for clarification of the order dated 14 before the learned Arbitrator.
