When the matter was called out, Mr Seksaria, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Ex-Managing Committee tendered a copy of the order dated 24th April 2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, G/North Division, Mumbai and pointed out that the Respondent-Society had been dissolved by virtue of the said order.

On being confronted with this, Mr Tamboly sought time to take necessary instructions.
