When the matter was called out, Mr Seksaria, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Ex-Managing Committee tendered a copy of the order dated 24th April 2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, G/North Division, Mumbai and pointed

On being confronted with this, Mr Tamboly sought time to take necessary instructions.

Mr Kamat, Learned Senior Counsel entered appearance on behalf of the proposed Intervenor-Mahim Metro Cooperative Housing Society (proposed).
