Mr. Jangle, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that a Section 11 Petition is pending. He further points out that the Respondents have never appeared and therefore the Petitioner be permitted to convert the Section 9 Petition into Section 17 Petition. The Petitioner is permitted to do so. 2.

Needless to state, subject to the outcome of the Section 11 Petition, the captioned Commercial Arbitration Petition is disposed of. 3.

The Court Receiver stand discharged subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses if any within two weeks from the demand being made by the office of the Court Receiver.
