Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph No.1(g), it is inadvertently mentioned as the arbitral tribunal's fees shall not be governed by the Bombay High Court (Fee Payable to Arbitrators) Rules, 2018 whereas it should be governed by the said Rules since the Arbitrator is appointed by the Court and not by consent of the parties. 3.

Hence, paragraph No.1(g) of the said order be corrected to read as "The arbitral tribunal's fees shall be governed by the Bombay High Court (Fee Payable to Arbitrators) Rules, 2018".
