The present Petition has been filed seeking payment of transit rent which the Petitioner submits as unpaid from the month of April, 2024. She however confirms that after filing of this Petition, this morning, the Petitioner has received transit rent upto and including the month of September, 2024. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the Occupation Certificate of the redeveloped building is likely to Mugdha

2 19-CARBP 305-24.doc be received on or before 31 st October 2024 and thereafter the Petitioner shall be put into possession of their newly constructed premises. He submits that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall also make payment of transit rent for the month of October, 2024, if due and payable.

With this, nothing really survives in the present Petition and thus the Petition is disposed of in the following terms. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner confirms receipt of payment of transit rent upto and including 30 th September 2024.
