Mr. Ravi Kadam, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Applicant / original Petitioner has referred to the impugned Award dated 30 January 2024 passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal. He submitted that there is a narrow conspectus of the case which can be disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent is aggreable for the Commercial Arbitration Petition being heard and disposed of at the admission stage.

In that view of the matter, Commercial Arbitration Petition shall be placed for hearing and disposal at admission stage on 20 November 2024 at 2.30 pm (FOB).
