The captioned Interim Application is filed seeking impleadment of the proposed Respondent who, Learned Counsel submits, is a co-borrower in the loan agreements in respect of which the captioned Section 9 Petition has been filed and also seeks to add the alternate address of Respondent No.1. He therefore seeks leave to amend the Petition by joining the proposed Respondent. 2.

I have perused the Interim Application and find that the same deserves to be allowed though Respondent No.3 is not served given that this is a formal application for amendment. The Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- Shubham 1/2

The Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Petitioner to carry out amendment and add the Proposed Respondent as Respondent No.3 in the above Petition as per schedule annexure at EXHIBIT-A. b. The Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Petitioner to carry out amendment and add the alternate address for the Respondent No.1 in the above Petition as per schedule annexure at EXHIBIT-B." 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with.

An amended copy of the Petition to be served upon all the Respondents.

List the Petition on 23 rd October, 2024.
