Mr. Tamboly, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that what has been submitted to the Petitioners' Advocate is that the names of only those Respondents, who have passed away and not their legal heirs.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1-Society assures the Court that the names of legal heirs of the deceased Respondents shall be furnished to the Petitioners' Advocate positively by the end of Saturday, i.e., 5 th October 2024.
