This is challenge under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") to an order granting interim relief to the Respondent-Society passed by the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 17 of the Act. The arbitration proceedings are underway. 2.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that they would not need more than 10 minutes each. In these circumstances, list for final hearing and disposal on the Supplementary Board on April 25, 2025. 3.
