On 17th October 2024, this Court had passed the following order:
"1.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner points out that this Court had vide an order dated 12th August, 2024 directed the Bailiff to serve the witness summons in terms of the said order by all possible modes. He submits that since some of the vendors/ witnesses to whom summons have been issued are beyond the legal jurisdiction of this Court, the Bailiff may be directed to instead of physically serving them, serve them by way of RPAD/Speed Post.

It is therefore clarified that insofar as those vendors/witnesses who are beyond the jurisdiction of this Court, the Bailiff may effect service in compliance of the said order by way of RPAD/Speed Post Learned Counsel for the Petitioner today requests for a direction to the Bailiff to furnish to the Petitioner the Service Report. He also requested that the matter be stood over beyond vacation."

The Bailiff is to accordingly furnish to the Petitioner the Service Report.
3.
List the matter on 10th December 2024.
