This is a Petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"). Today, when the matter is called out, the parties jointly submit that the mandate of the arbitrator had expired on December 31, 2024. To enable the parties to take out an appropriate Application under Section 29-A, which they submit they shall do within a period of one week from today, stand over to January 28, 2025. If the Application under Section 29-A is filed, along with that this Application shall be listed on that date.
