Learned counsel tenders a copy of the order dated 17 th April 2026, whereby this Court has appointed an Arbitrator. In view thereof, he prays that the present Petition under Section 9 be converted and treated as an Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

In the circumstances, it is directed that the present Petition shall stand converted into an Application under Section 17 and be treated as such by the learned Arbitrator.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
