The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has pointed out to the Court the Order dated 30th September 2024 in which certain reliefs have been granted in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents. 2.

The Respondents, despite service, have not remained present. The Affidavit of Service proving service on the Respondents, has also been filed by Mohite 1/2

In order to give one last chance to the Respondents, the matter is adjourned to 27th November 2024 under the caption 'for further ad-interim relief".

The Advocate for the Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this Order to the Respondents. It is made very clear that if, on the next occasion, the Respondents do not remain present, then the Court will proceed to pass appropriate orders in the matter.
