By this Court's order dated February 7, 2025 the Respondent was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,45,97,500/-. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that neither has the deposit been made nor has the Respondent appearance.

The Respondent is directed to comply with the direction to deposit the amount as per the said order before the next date. 3.

Stand over to July 1, 2025 when the connected Section 11 Application is listed.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
