This Petition challenges the arbitral award passed by the MSME Facilitation Council. Consequently, it would be necessary for the Petitioner, as a condition precedent, to deposit 75% of the amount awarded. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he shall make such deposit within a period of one week from today. It is made clear that 75% amount is to be computed on the entire amount awarded which would include interest awarded in the arbitral award computed until today, i.e., June 9, 2025. 2.

Should such deposit be made by June 16, 2025 liberty to approach the Registry to demonstrate the deposit so that the matter can be placed for this Court's consideration on June 23, 2025. June 9, 2025 Purti Parab
